Performing Arts Festival launching from Tokyo
An Information Centre will be installed at the Nishi-
Sugamo Arts Factory, with guidance on artists and pro-
ductions. In front of Ikebukuro Station there will also be
a ticket booth and leaflets, as well as related merch-
andise for sale.
