China is rapidly developing. With this acceleration
comes environmental destruction. This performance
looks at the diverse damage caused by the construction
of a dam - and sounds a warning to us. LANDSTAGING Theatre Company started in Shanghai in 2009 with a
group of different artists and always confronts real life
head-on. This work has been acclaimed by Chinese
newspapers as a "theatrical experience unlike anything before" (Nanjing Daily) and as "truly the sounds of
anger from the gods" (Wuhan Megalopolis). Inter-
weaving video and dance, this is a must-see for the
