Performing Arts Festival launching from Tokyo
Dance company Modern Table dynamically and energetically interweaves social and uniquely Korean themes and culture together into stage performances. This double-bill includes "Awake", where company leader Kim Jaeduk projects the dual conflict with "the other you" living inside your mind. "Joker's Blues" meanwhile is an energetic work blending live performances of traditional pansori music with a black-suited man's powerful dancing that will together engulf the audience.
